The Big Pour

The big concrete pour was very exciting. All hands were on deck. After the forms were removed the new foundation/basement walls were waterproofed.

Welcome to York Enterprises' blog for our current project in North Tacoma. The photo above was the back of the home before demolishion started. We removed the kitchen bump out. Then we dug a big hole for a full basement area. When the project is complete our homeowners' will gain a large basement storage area, a kitchen/family room on the main floor, and a bedroom and master bathroom upstairs.
